Fall River Property Management employs a closed loop model for our turnovers. When a tenant moves out, our rent ready director conducts an initial inspection of the apartment. During the inspection a video is made to document the condition that the previous tenant left the apartment in.
This video is used by management to determine if the tenant’s security deposit should be withheld. The video is also used by our rent ready department, in consultation with our leasing department to provide the client with a proposal for work needed to get the apartment ready to rent.
Our leasing department collaborates with the rent ready department to recommend updates that will increase the rental value of your apartment and the client is provided with the proposal and the video.
Once the client receives this quote it can be adjusted to include extras or remove unwanted items.
Once the quote is approved and the rent ready crew is started the work is usually done within a week. When work is complete, our leasing team will inspect the unit and provide feedback to the rent ready team.
